Amine Soccer Academy was founded by Kawser Amine and Khatera Amine, former immigrants and former Afghanistan National Team players. They began playing soccer early to support girls, challenge limiting community beliefs, and strengthen women’s skills and leadership. We believe sports give youth the tools to explore, learn, and grow.
Our priority is serving refugee and immigrant children—along with any child who dreams of learning soccer. Many of the families we support are low-income and cannot afford training costs. Through soccer, we aim to build skills, confidence, a sense of belonging, and hope for children and their families in their new home.

Soccer at School
Amine Soccer Academy will offer a grassroots after-school program at elementary and middle schools, with a focus on schools with a high population of refugee and immigrant students. We will form age-based teams for girls and boys and provide experienced coaches who teach soccer technique and tactics while promoting physical and mental well-being.
We will also offer summer camps and friendly matches in different cities to help players prepare for future league participation. Our focus is not on competition—it’s on learning the game, having fun, and building confidence that supports both personal and academic success.

To open the soccer field to disadvantaged youth—especially girls—by building the skills and confidence they need to reach their full potential and believe in themselves as champions of their future.
